Alila Ubud opens its doors and invites discerning diners to enjoy a whole new culinary concept at two of its food and beverage outlets: Plantation Restaurant and Cabana Lounge. Helmed by Executive Chef Erwan Wijaya, the first one proudly implements the farm-to-table concept – favouring ingredients that are grown and/or bought locally. Plantation spoils guests with seasonal dishes from pan-seared local scallops with tapioca herb crème fraiche and salmon caviar, to Ubud’s traditional recipes such as ayam betutu – all accompanied by the lush rainforest surrounding.
