For meeting and banqueting needs, The Dharmawangsa Jakarta provides the Segara Ballroom and the Nusantara Ballroom. The Segara Ballroom is designed to complement the hotel building as an ideal place for wedding receptions, private formal dinners, conferences, seminars and entertainment performances.
For cocktail parties, the Segara Ballroom can hold up to 600 people, or 250 people for a banquet, 230 people classroom style, 140 people around a hollow square table, or 500 people theatre style.
For a larger function, the Segara Ballroom can accommodate up to 2,000 people for standing cocktails and 800 people for a sitting dinner. Meanwhile, the Nusantara Ballroom has the capacity to hold 180 people for cocktails, 100 people for a banquet, 85 people classroom style and 180 people theatre style.
The Nusantara ballroom can accommodate up to 800 guests for cocktail parties. There are also 14 function rooms located at the hotel as well as the Bimasena Club, which can hold from 10 to 150 persons, illuminated by natural daylight, including comprehensive equipment such as LCDs and screens, table or floor microphones, flip charts, and flower arrangement on the conference or boardroom table.

The Dharmawangsa is designed to recall 1920s Jakarta, with accommodations that are graciously appointed with furniture and art objects from across the Indonesian archipelago. The 99 elegant and luxuriously designed hotel rooms consist of 64 rooms and 35 suites. Each guestroom and suite is developed in one of the five thematic schemes, using traditional fabrics from Java, Pesisiran (North Java), Bali, South Sumatra and East Indonesia. All rooms are equipped with private terraces, spacious bedrooms and large marble bathrooms. Every guest has, at his or her request, the service of a personal butler, each a master of the Javanese art of gracious hospitality.
