Over at Table8, the culinary team is revelling in fresh flower snails, from the simply poached to chilled marinated flower snails in Chinese wine – an absolute must-try.
If the sweet life is for you, then call in at Mulia Deli for the traditional Florence carnival treat Schiacciata alla Fiorentina, a divinely fluffy cake with the fresh scent of orange peel and sweet vanilla. It’s perfect with a cup of tea.
