On 21 April, The Dharmawangsa Jakarta is taking Easter Brunch to a whole new level by presenting exclusive, exquisite cuisine from Michelin Star guest chef Olivier Oddos of Tokyo’s Chez Olivier restaurant, which received one Michelin Star in 2014.
Taking place at Jakarta Restaurant & Courtyard and extending to the Majapahit Lounge, chef Olivier will work closely with Executive Chef Felix Budisetiawan and his team to craft dishes that will surely entice your taste buds. The Easter Brunch with chef Olivier Oddos will also feature a carving station, foie gras station, caviar station, seafood on ice, boutique cheese and a dessert gallery. Guests will be able to enjoy live music, along with activities for the children such as egg hunting, rabbit racing and feeding rabbits.
