Accor announces new openings of Raffles Hotels & Resorts in Singapore, Bali and India.
After the recent openings of Raffles Maldives Meradhoo and Raffles Shenzen, the Accor Group has announced four new projects: Raffles Sentosa Resort & Spa Singapore, Raffles Bali, Raffles Udaipur and Raffles Jaipur. Set to open in 2020 and 2022, the four new hotels and resorts are sure to bring an exceptional experience reflecting Raffles warm hospitality and unique destinations.
Proudly born in Singapore, Accor Group acquired the Raffles brand in 2016 and is planning to double the number of the luxurious hotels by 2025. Besides growing the portfolio in Asia, the group is planning to open new flagship hotels in Europe, the US and the Middle East.
Raffles Bali will be located in Jimbaran Bay and offer unparalleled ocean views. Sitting on 23 hectares of land, the 32 all-villa resort will present new levels of bespoke service in a creative and seductive setting. The resort will also feature the famous Writers Bar and the luxurious Raffles Wellbeing Spa, which will celebrate local rituals and healing treatments.
In Singapore, the first Raffles is finally getting a nearby sister after 135 years. Situated in over 100,000sqm of tropical gardens in Sentosa, the all-villa hotel will boast beautiful views of the South China Sea. Facilities at the hotel will include a bar, restaurants, a fitness centre and two meeting rooms, not forgetting the famous Raffles Butlers and Raffles Spa to create more memorable stay experience.
The two Indian counterparts are situated in some of the most historical places in the world. Raffles Jaipur will open first in 2020 and occupy a private island in the middle of Udai Sagar Lake. With 101 luxurious suites, the palatial hotel will be filled with the signature facilities that Raffles is known for and have a 400-year old temple as its beautiful neighbour. Raffles Jaipur, meanwhile, is slated to be the most exclusive property in the world. Offering only 50 suites, the hotel will be strategically located as part of the famous Golden Triangle that includes Jaipur, New Delhi and Agra.
