Channel your inner rock star by taking up pound fit as your exercise routine. If you really want to challenge yourself with the big guns, go for the F45 training. Short for Functional Training, and the 45-minute duration of the exercise, F45 has gained popularity all over the world for its effectiveness. The routine consists of 36 systemised workouts that combine high-intensity interval training and circuit training. 7-Minute Workout

If you’re not keen on the idea of spending 45 minutes or more to work out, opt for the 7-minute workout. Barre

French for bar, barre got its name from the stationary handrail used as support for exercise, most commonly in ballet training. At first glance the routine seems dainty and delicate, but it will really engage your core, and shape your form and alignment. Hip Hop Workout

Hip hop dancing is the key to working out that doesn’t feel like exercising. It’s like going out dancing with the gang on a hip-hop and R’n’B night, but it gives you a great cardiovascular exercise and it gets your heart pumping. YouTube offers many hip-hop tutorials.
