For two years in a row, the famed Singaporean dining institution has been voted the best restaurant in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
Helmed by chef extraordinaire Julien Royer, Odette has been receiving exquisite accolades since it first opened. A holder of three Michelin stars, the fine-dining venue has been voted The Best Restaurant in Singapore and Asia for the second time in a row in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. Announced virtually on 24 March, Asia’s 50 Best recognized the best industry leaders across Asia as chosen by a panel made up of highly regarded gastronomes.
Before making the decision to move to Singapore, Chef Julien Royer honed his skills with an apprenticeship under Michel Bras in his native France. In Singapore, he established himself as the region’s rising star while at Jaan, before opening Odette in late 2015 at the famous National Gallery Singapore.
