Altitude Grill is my channel to showcase my love for beef through the various processes chefs can use to make it so much more delectable and non-mainstream. Secondary cuts are served along with familiar Prime cuts, each having their own distinct characteristics. Different kinds of beef from different countries, each unique in their very own way, are presented in their simplest and most basic form for all to try.
