On 27 February, Café del Mar Bali is inviting guests to indulge at a special collaboration dinner with Nic Vanderbeeken, Executive Chef of Apéritif in Ubud. Working closely with Ari Wijaya, Café del Mar Bali’s Executive Chef, the venue will serve a special tantalizing degustation menu.
The Collab Sunset Dinner starts at 6pm with cocktails and canapés against a backdrop of magnificent sunset views, and continues in the main dining room where a six-course degustation menu awaits with dishes such as house-cured salmon, fruity tomatoes, king prawn, opu fish, iberico plumas and a selection of desserts. The price is IDR950,000++ per person, with additional wine pairings available for the complete experience.
