Celebrate Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique’s 20th anniversary with a night full of extravagance!

Making its first appearance on the island in 2001, Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique, helmed by Master Chef Chris Salans, has consistently wowed discerning diners with its flawless gourmet cuisine.

Turning 20 this year, Mozaic is hosting an unforgettable soirée on 26 June, partnering with some of the leading lights in the hospitality industry, featuring six chefs, two mixologists and a DJ for a night full of indulgences. On the culinary front, Chris Salans is working with Maurizio Bombini of Mauri, Putu Dove of Metis, Eelke Plasmeijer of Locavore, Mandif Warokka of Blanco par Mandif and Janet de Neefe of Casa Luna to create a tribute to Mozaic.

After dinner, mixologists Bili Wirawan and Kadek Wana will collaborate behind the bar to create creative tipples using Diplomatico rums. Meanwhile, DJ Danny Technici will take his place behind the deck and provide pumping music to make the night even livelier.

Themed Foodies in Wonderland, the restaurant will be turned into a magical garden inspired by Alice in Wonderland, with guests invited to dress up in their most colourful attire to bring the festivity to life.

Dinner is priced at IDR950,000++ per person for food only with an additional pairing of premium wines available. The event will commence at 5.30pm until well into the night.
