The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has launched a new dining experience for those who love all things Japanese with its delectable Saturday kaiseki-style brunch, a refined feast with the opportunity to try hands-on sushi making.
This Saturday, head down to Nusa Dua with family and friends to indulge your taste buds with the exceptional Japanese Kaiseki-style Hamabe Brunch. Renowned for its authentic dishes, Hamabe at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is serving up a multi-course kaiseki-style brunch comprising the best Japanese dishes.
Available every Saturday from 18th September, the menu comprises a selection of premium zensai, sushi, sashimi, shiizakana, opening with appetisers, tempura, sashimi, and yakimono, followed by nimono, rice dishes and traditional desserts. Look forward to indulgences such as Spanish mackerel, Hokkaido scallops, red miso-marinated lamb chop, Australian Angus beef, half lobster and Omi wagyu A4.
A free-flow beverage package is also available offering select sakes, shochu, hand-crafted umeshu, Japanese-inspired cocktails, draught beer, wine, soft drinks and chilled juices.
Beyond the outstanding dining experience, guests can also enjoy immersive activities, such as hands-on sushi making, as well as expert demonstrations on ikebana, origami and making simple Japanese food and cocktails, with a recipe or handbook as a souvenir, or miyage, to take home.
Hamabe and The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali take guest wellbeing seriously and all government health and safety protocols are implemented.
The Hamabe Brunch is served every Saturday from 11.30AM to 3PM and costs IDR IDR 550,000++ per person or IDR 650,000++ per person for exclusive Teppanyaki seating and an extended menu. Guests also have complimentary access to the resort’s facilities, as well as beach access, making the Saturday Hamabe Brunch a full day out.
