In line with the Indonesia government’s recent announcement to reopen Bali’s borders, Alila Villas Uluwatu believes that there is always hope for a better future in a world enhanced by regenerative tourism and reunited by #travelwithpurpose.
Making destinations better for future generations is at the heart of regenerative tourism, which aims to create the conditions for life to thrive including restoring the health of the natural environment and improving the welfare of local communities. To this end, Alila Villas Uluwatu works closely with the community for the community, particularly in sustainability.
Alila Villas Uluwatu’s new Gift to Share offer adds meaning to an amazing holiday by allowing guests to travel with purpose and participate with local communities in a positive impactful way. In the spirit of giving back, guests can receive one complimentary night at Alila Villas Uluwatu for every two nights booked. In exchange, they can choose to share this ‘gift’ by donating any amount in lieu of the complimentary room charge to one of two local foundations: R.O.L.E. Foundation, the resort’s non-profit partner dedicated to ending poverty by empowering women through skills training and business education, and/or Bali Life Foundation, a home that provides housing, education and health care to orphaned children.

The Gift to Share offer includes a visit to R.O.L.E. Foundation or Bali Life Foundation and in-residence Alila Hospitalities. This offer can be booked immediately and is valid until 23 March 2023, excluding peak seasons. Free cancellation is offered until 24 hours prior to the arrival date.
