This summer, Nautilus Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is set to host a series of cocktail takeovers by five of Jakarta’s most talented mixologists.
A stylish luxury hotel in Jakarta, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is always ready to bring memorable experiences to its guests. Offering a wide range of five-star dining and drinking opportunities to the city’s distinguished gourmands, the hotel’s Nautilus Bar is hosting a series of mixology collaborations with Indonesia’s rising talents.
Starting 3 June 2022, the destination bar will feature a different visiting bartender on alternating Friday nights, until the end of July. Joining storyteller and Head Bartender Henry “Ale” Maraben Siktimu, each guest mixologist will bring two of their most storied and creative cocktails to the bar – available for one night only.
This collaboration will see Mega Amelia, or famously known as Amel, with her signature drinks of New Geunie Rob Roy and Highball for Johnnie. On 17 June, Trendy Lazio, or Zio, will bring his passion with Mandarin Highballs and Caesar Salad. Mochammad Warra, or Warra, is set to take over on 1 July and will create Ramoz Margarita Fizz and Agave & Coconut. On 15 July, award-winning Darren de Fretes will celebrate the richness of Indonesian spices with his creations of Archipelago Paradise and Yuzantara, a coffee-based concoction. On the last night, Agung Satria Wibawa is set to present two of his creations with Strawberry Milk and Native Apertive.
