Christmas at The Langham, Jakarta begins from the very first steps: an enormous 3.8m-tall teddy bear made of artificial pink rose petals in the lobby entrance welcoming guests into a festive experience, continuing with the uber-exclusive Langham Festive Story, a lavish stay package in the one-bedroom suite during the festive season which showers guests with gifts and ornaments.
Tom’s by Tom Aikens is to host seven-course dinners on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. ALICE, meanwhile, offers a uniquely crafted menu for its Christmas Eve degustation dinner. Rounding up its storybook charm, the restaurant’s Festive Brunches on Christmas and New Year’s Day will be named Magical Christmas and Enchanting New Year. The hotel’s latest addition, T’ang Court, is ready for the season as well. On the all-important dates of 24, 25 and 31 December, as well as 1 January, the fabled Cantonese restaurant will host an exclusive series of lunch and dinner services. Completing the experience, The Langham, Jakarta holds no punches with its festive hampers, offering prime delights at home such as Garlic Butter Roasted Turkey and Herbed Salmon en Croute.
