On 14 February, the resort’s culinary team is preparing a tantalising five-course romantic dinner with dishes such as slipper lobster with bumbu Bali, roasted carrot and apple soup with walnut and crouton, duck breast with kale and crusted cumin, grass-fed beef tenderloin with asparagus and red wine jus, and a special Tiramiroot which is a playful take on tiramisu made from beetroot, mascarpone, coffee liquor and candied beetroot.
This dinner is available for one night only and is priced at IDR1,150,000++ per couple, or IDR1,600,000++ per couple with a bottle of house wine.
