Kayuputi Restaurant, a 13-time Wine Spectator award winner, offers a premier dining experience in Bali with its Asian-influenced haute cuisine and impressive wine list, all set against the backdrop of the Indian Ocean. The restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, is renowned for its eight-course degustation menu. Kayuputi takes pride in the Nyegara Gunung menu, which features dishes like yellowfin tuna rujak bulung representing the sea and spice-marinated Wagyu beef picanha representing the land. Other notable dishes include Jembrana mud-crab flat dumplings, a vegan zucchini dish from Plaga farm and hazelnut gianduja for dessert by Chef Vincent Stopin.
