A twisting stone tunnel greets visitors as they enter, evoking the excitement of going into a mine.

Among the standout dishes is the iconic Hanging Tomahawk, made from Australian Wagyu and grain-fed for an impressive 400 days. Hung in the smoker for hours, this show-stopping cut delivers a bold, smoky flavour with a subtle sweetness from the wood while remaining incredibly juicy.
