The Future of Cruising with Star of the Seas

Prepare for an unforgettable adventure with Royal Caribbean’s Star of the Seas, set to debut in August 2025.

Royal Caribbean’s Star of the Seas is set to redefine cruising with an exciting blend of beach escapes, resort luxury and thrilling attractions, all on one incredible ship. Part of the new Icon Class, this ship promises something for everyone, from families to couples seeking relaxation or adventure.

Sailing from Port Canaveral, Florida, the Star of the Seas will offer seven-night Caribbean cruises, including visits to Perfect Day at CocoCay, the cruise line’s exclusive private island in The Bahamas. Onboard, guests will enjoy over 40 dining and drinking options and the world’s tallest and fastest waterslides.

The ship features exciting highlights like the Category 6 waterpark, six adrenaline-pumping waterslides and The Hideaway. Guests can also dine at the Lincoln Park Supper Club, a 1930s Chicago-inspired venue, or try the FlowRider surf simulator for a thrilling splash.

Star of the Seas is divided into eight distinct neighbourhoods, each offering a unique experience. Thrill Island is packed with exciting activities like waterslides and mini-golf. Chill Island boasts the largest pool at sea, Royal Bay, with a swim-up bar. Families will love Surfside, a dedicated area for kids, while the AquaDome offers dramatic ocean views and jaw-dropping performances at the AquaTheater. The Hideaway is an adults-only beach club with panoramic ocean views for ultimate relaxation.

In addition to these new spaces, Star of the Seas will feature familiar favourites, including the Royal Promenade, with beautiful ocean vistas and over 15 dining and entertainment options. For those looking for extra luxury, there is an exclusive Suite Neighborhood.

Star of the Seas will join Utopia of the Seas in Port Canaveral, offering guests the choice of seven-night Caribbean cruises or shorter Bahamas getaways.
