Aila Blue is the creation of designer Mai Miyama, a lifelong passionate traveler who spent her youth bouncing between homes in Los Angeles, Hawaii and Japan. Her love of travel was instilled at a young age and is reflective in each collection. “I love the contrast of modern and vintage,” she says. “In this collection I work with very modern cuts, but with vintage prints and colors. The collection is a throwback to the 1960s.”
