Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chef Jean-Yves Leranguer and Michelin-starred chefs, together with the resort’s culinary experts, present a series of iconic culinary programmes.
The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s Director of Culinary Eric Cocollos and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chef Jean-Yves Leranguer have invited four world-class culinary professionals to create a series of events at the five-star resort. From 14 July to 14 August 2022, the resort sees Michelin-starred Chefs Olivier Elzer, Damian Piscioneri, Marc Lahoreau and Getan Fiard – all of whom were once a student of Leuranguer.
In July, the resort has seen unforgettable culinary events with Chefs Olivier Elzer and Damian Piscioneri. Elzer has worked in two and three Michelin-starred restaurants and has been awarded two Michelin stars at L’Envol Hong Kong. Elzer is also the founder of Olivier Colony Limited and co-founded the O’chef lab. He also owns the modern French restaurant Clarence. While Piscioneri has 25 years of pastry experience in world-class venues, such as Café Pouchkine in Moscow and Paris, Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and more. He is also the owner of the Damiano group.
Chefs Lahoreau and Fiard will take the spotlight in August. Lahoreau is an experienced chef with an outstanding resume of five-star hotels and resorts, such as Relais et Châteaux and France’s Michelin-starred restaurants. While Fiard is the winner of World Champion of Sweet Arts in the 2014 International Confectionary Art Competition and a respected figure in the pastry world.

We have prepared a culinary experience unlike any other, and we hope that all of the guests will be able to enjoy it as much as we love crafting it.”
