Sitting on a prime location in Nusa Dua, The St. Regis Bali Resort is home to the award-winning Kayuputi Restaurant. Helmed by Executive Chef Agung Gede, the fine-dining venue is inviting food connoisseurs to indulge in a refined four-hand collaborative dinner with Michelin-starred Chef Diego Muñoz on 11 and 12 April 2020.

Diego Muñoz

Touted as one of the most creative chefs in the culinary world, Diego Muñoz started his career in 1998 at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Canada and Paris. Using his creative skills in making tasty and artsy dishes, he was awarded Le Grande Diplôme – the ultimate first prize for chefs in culinary arts and pastry. Afterwards, he further honed his skills by joining award-winning restaurants, such as Mugaritz, elBulli and Bilson’s in Australia.

For the special dinner, both chefs will share a kitchen to present a delightful four- and six-course degustation menu that highlights a beautiful layering of flavours.
