Marcel Kloet brings global experience to The St. Regis Bali Resort where he leads delivery of the brand’s uncompromising service and legendary experiences.
Appointed general manager of Bali’s best address in 2021, Marcel Kloet has strong experience of The St. Regis hotels, including as part of the pre-opening team of The St. Regis Langkawi in 2016, which led to him becoming Complex Executive Assistant Manager of both The St. Regis Langkawi and The Westin Langkawi, while in 2020, he led The St. Regis Bali Resort to rank first for guest satisfaction among all St. Regis hotels across Asia Pacific.
Marcel’s dedication and passion for luxury hospitality resulted in him gaining extensive experience in the industry in a range of reputable brands. He is a Dutch native who is fluent in Dutch and English, as well as speaking Mandarin thanks to various leadership roles during his 13 years in Asia in major cities such as Beijing, Singapore and Macao.
