Diners will be pampered with traditional delicacies, including the hotel’s famed deep-fried golden swan dumpling with roast duck Portuguese style, slow cooked abalone and hi piao with spinach, and double boiled fish maw soup with dry scallop.
A choice of menus is available for dinner on 11 February, comprising an outstanding 11-course indulgence at Li Feng, a vegetarian set menu at both Li Feng and Lyon, an exquisite eight-course feast at Lyon, and an extensive Chinese New Year buffet at Cinnamon. Li Feng’s 11-course set menu is also available for lunch and dinner from 12 to 14 February. Reservations at least 24 hours in advance are essential as restaurant capacity has been reduced to 50 percent to comply with government regulations on social distancing.
