A Rooftop Oasis in Ubud

TABIA BUN COCKTAIL

Nestled atop Titik Dua Hotel Ubud, RAMU Kitchen offers a panoramic jungle view, a unique forest-to-table dining experience and exceptional food, all infused with the warmth of Balinese heritage.

RAMU Kitchen, a lovely gem cherished by Ubud’s discerning food lovers, has undergone a stunning transformation and is now perched on the rooftop of Titik Dua Ubud. This refreshed restaurant now treats guests with an inspiring sweeping view of lush jungles, while its warm, tranquil atmosphere creates a haven for indulgent dining experiences.

Adorned with trailing greenery, expansive tropical foliage and soft, sunlit corners, RAMU invites guests into a soothing sanctuary—a serene and alluring retreat to immerse in nature while exploring an innovative pan-Asian menu.

Re-opening its doors in October, RAMU Kitchen has evolved from a beloved dining spot into a dynamic centre for culinary exploration, creative expression and community connection. It’s not merely a place to dine but a vibrant establishment where moments are celebrated, from sunset cocktails with friends to inspired brainstorming sessions with colleagues. Every experience at RAMU blends a laid-back yet refined ambience, creating the ideal vibes for any gathering.

Guided by a unique forest-to-table philosophy, RAMU Kitchen goes beyond traditional farm-to-table concepts. The culinary team forages for exotic ingredients in the surrounding jungle, allowing Bali’s rich biodiversity to shape the flavours of each dish and embody unique flavours into its pan-Asian dishes. Here, every plate narrates the story of the island’s natural abundance and diversity.
The menu at RAMU Kitchen is a tribute to the rich culinary traditions of Asia, seamlessly blending Indonesian with pan-Asian flavours. Signature dishes such as 14-days Aged Duck Ssam and Salmon Yum and Hibachi Grilled Fish Mangut highlight the restaurant’s innovative spirit, while its vegan option like Fried Cuciwis showcases local ingredients in fresh, memorable ways.

Growing up in the warmth of Balinese culture, families and communities, Chef Kori Antarayasa honours the tradition of Balinese food and uses them as his inspiration. He reimagines classic dishes with a modern touch, showcasing the island’s vibrant flavours in exciting new ways. His mother’s beloved lawar, for instance, transformed into Lawar Banana Blossom wrapped in betel leaves. Each dish tells a story of heritage and innovation.

Not stopping at exceptional food, RAMU Kitchen is also a thriving creative hub. With 300sqm, the restaurant is ideal for hosting film screenings, literary events, art exhibitions, weddings and workshops. The breathtaking rooftop views, customisable menus and dedicated event team promise an unforgettable experience for all guests, turning each occasion into a celebration of Bali’s spirit and elegance.
