Bali’s hottest bistro is bringing its sumptuous flavours to The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.
The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place’s distinguished dining destination, PA.SO.LA, proudly presents an outstanding culinary experience in collaboration with KONG Bali. Titled “From Bali, with Love” the exclusive event runs from 3 to 12 June 2022, presenting KONG Bali’s Chef Kim Jonsson and his exquisite creations at PA.SO.LA restaurant and lounge.
Hailing all the way from Sweden, Kim brings 18 years of stellar experience in prestigious establishments in Sweden, France and Spain, including a Michelin star in the Nordic Michelin Guide. These days he oversees several exciting culinary projects in Bali and Lombok, including the modern bistro KONG in Canggu, Bali.
Diners in Jakarta can get a taste of KONG flavours with the much-awaited offers at PA.SO.LA, starting from the three-course lunch at IDR395,000++ to a four-course dinner at IDR695,000++. Discerning guests can expect fine dishes like lobster ravioli, hand-cut beef tartare, red wine braised beef cheeks and more, as well as opting for additional à la carte items, such as the Iranian Sevruga Caviar served with toasted brioche, sour cream and three kinds of onions.
