With its Save the Bees campaign, the luxury hotel is asking guests to take part in helping to preserve safe habitats for honeybees, promote natural beekeeping methods and train young farmers to support the future of the industry.
Guests are now able to adopt a hive of honeybees at Dino’s Kelulut Organic Farm in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Adoptees will receive six jars of artisanal Trigona honey, harvested straight from their own hive, along with a small bottle of bee propolis, known for its healing properties. They will also get a personalised adoption certificate, along with a quarterly update on how their bees are progressing.
Honeybees may seem too small to matter, but they are a crucial part of nature’s delicately balanced tapestry. Responsible for pollinating 80 percent of the world’s fruits and vegetables, these bees play a vital role in the food supply chain.
