Ever since he could remember, Albert Yanuar has always been fascinated by fashion design. The alumnus of the renowned Esmod fashion school was awarded Best Fashion Designer amongst his graduating peers. A string of awards followed, such as the LPM Entrepreneur award in 2011 which earned him a scholarship to the prestigious Italian fashion school Istituto Marangoni and an impressive first runner-up position in the acclaimed Bellini competition in 2013.
Keen to carve out a niche for himself in the Indonesian fashion industry, Albert created his own fashion label. His pieces emphasise his philosophy of creating stunning work that is ergonomic in nature. The versatility and pragmatic nature of Albert as a designer can be seen in the range of clothing lines he offers. Besides more casual uniforms, menswear and ready-to-wear items, Albert also designs stunning bridal wear and high-end fashion pieces, including his peacock collection inspired by the beautiful bird.
