Renowned for its superlative luxury, innovative chefs, excellent dining options and for driving sustainability changes in the hospitality industry, Alila Villas Uluwatu has launched a delightful Lobster Brunch to elevate your weekend to another level.

Served at CIRE, the all-lobster menu is divided into sections where diners can find lobster roll, vol au vent thermidor, lobster & waffle, and lobster galette from The Bakery section. For something more refreshing, lobster bisque, lobster croquettes, lobster toast and lobster ceviche are available on the appetiser and salad section. In addition to these selections, the culinary team has also prepared more options ranging from eggs-pecialities, rice & pasta and a selection of favourite Indonesian comfort foods from the resort’s The Warung.

Rolling Mary Gueridon

In addition to the food offerings, the lobster brunch also introduces three different flavours of Bloody Mary specially crafted by the resort’s Head Mixologist, Putu. The Clarified Mary is made using gin, clarified tomato juice, cilantro, Sichuan, citrus, lemongrass, coriander seasalt and toasted sesame. Meanwhile, the Organic Mary is a fine concoction of vodka, celery, green tomato, cilantro, tabasco, seaweed cordials and citrus.

The Lobster Brunch is available every Sunday from 11am to 4pm with choices of a three-course or five-course menu. Creating a relaxing experience, after brunch, diners also get complimentary access to the swimming pool, pool cabanas and poolside amenities.
