Inspired by Ascott Limited’s sustainability-themed Christmas tree contest, the hotel lovingly created a tree that embodies both the joy of the season and a heartfelt respect for the planet.
At the heart of this creation lies a teepee structure, thoughtfully repurposed from a children’s bed arrangement and wrapped in handwoven rattan for a rustic yet refined charm. Delicate stars crafted from old magazines, garlands reused from past festivities and treasured ornaments over three years old. To add a touch of artisanal elegance, macramé decorations were intricately hand-knotted using natural, unbleached cotton threads, reflecting both creativity and eco-consciousness. Warm fairy lights softly illuminated the tree, creating a magical glow that captured the essence of the season.
