Arts & Crafts in Candles
As the lights switch off and the dim candles are lit, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, invites the hotel’s young guests from their rooms and the restaurant to gather in the lobby on Saturday, 28th March 2015 at 8.30PM. Starting with ‘The 60’ candle-lighting ceremony, the kids can then express their artistic creativity with an exclusive colouring set of the Ritz Kids’ Water, Land, Culture, Environmental Colouring Book by Jean-Michael Cousteau and be educated with an Earth Hour story-telling for 60 minutes in beautifully dim surroundings.
The aim of these edutainment initiatives is to educate the young generation on the importance to the Earth of saving light energy. Along with the fun activity, the Ritz Kids participants will also enjoy live entertainment as they indulge in special Earth Hour cookies and beverages.
