To bring the Spanish finesse to Jakarta, Gran Melia Jakarta will be launching an exclusive Spanish cuisine dining experience. Namely Exquisito – A Culinary Journey to Authentic Spanish Cuisine, the dinner will be led by Chef Alberto Garcia Romo. A Spaniard native, Chef Garcia Romo has more than 20 years of experience, starting from a fascination with the kitchen at a very young age. Since 2000, he’s been working in prestigious establishments, before joining the Melia family with Gran Melia Victoria Palma de Mallorca.
Now helming INNSiDe by Melia Palma Bosque, Chef Garcia Romo will present diners with the best of his nation’s cuisine and culture through a gastronomic adventure from 17 to 19 October 2022, at Gran Meliá Jakarta’s own Café Gran Via.
