Bejewelled Afternoon Tea at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta

Led by Executive Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito and his talented team, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta brings back its renowned afternoon tea. Upon its return, the session will be adorned by an intricately crafted palette of vibrant colours, where each indulgent treat is individually showcased, evoking the artful presentation of fine jewellery pieces.

Drawing inspiration from around the globe while staying true to the Italian pastry-making methods, Lorenzo presents a bejewelled repertoire of sweet delights. Taste signature creations such as the sumptuous Mango Mimosa Trifle, the elegant Mini Earl Grey and the refreshing Mini Pisang Ijo. On the savoury side, a selection of delectable sandwiches are offered, from the Italian-inspired Tomato Caprese to the Indonesian favourite Beef Rendang.

The new Four Seasons Afternoon Tea menu can be enjoyed at two venues at the luxury hotel: the charming La Patisserie and the luxurious Palm Court Restaurant.
