Don’t miss the star-studded Ramadan offerings at InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah.
To welcome the fasting season of Ramadan month, InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah has prepared the Cuisines of the Far East dining experience that will feature not only one but four coveted culinary masters. First in line is Chef Attila Körmōczi, who will helm the dream team, along with his highly skilled and respected Executive Sous Chef Bedjo Sudiyono, known for his Indonesian delicacies at Sugar & Spice restaurant.
Chef Degan Septoadji, one of the leading figures of the Indonesian culinary scene and Best Asian Chef nominee at the 2012 World Gourmet Summit in Singapore, will also join the team, bringing his finest culinary creations, such as salmon with coconut milk, turmeric, pickled vegetables and dried shallot, and wok-tossed marinated wagyu rump with green chilli sambal. Add to those the endless array of gastronomical goodness from Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, China and Thailand, and you will get a dining experience to remember.
All the aforementioned delicacies are available at Sugar & Spice’s special Iftar Buffet, available during Ramadan month. Furthermore, guests can also break their fast at The Lounge with its Takjil Package, including a la carte favourites, like Beef Rendang, Sop BLT, Ikan Bakar Parahyangan, and more. Complete the experience with a unique interpretation of traditional Padang drinks Kopi and The Tahlua, courtesy of the hotel’s master mixologist Bill Wismoyo.
Don’t forget to check out the hotel’s holiday hampers, in collaboration with Muslim fashion designer Ria Miranda, whose fine design will be available in the hampers. Last but not least, keep an eye on the hotel’s hard-to-resist stay packages and family-style halal bi halal lunch and dinner menus.
