AKASA


AKASA, part of Jumeirah Bali, is situated on the highest level of the resort, offering breathtaking views of Uluwatu hills and the Indian Ocean. The restaurant’s design is inspired by the Majapahit era, with an indoor dining area reminiscent of a grand Javanese banquet hall. The Jimbaran prawn salad with smoked pomelo, papaya, red chilli, mint and tamarind captures the tropical island’s vibrancy. Seafood features prominently in the dishes, with highlights like robata salmon with den miso yuzu and blue river giant prawn with mango and passion fruit.
