Hotel Tentrem Jakarta celebrated World Wellness Weekend 2024 with a lively mix of fitness, relaxation, and self-care, while also launching its exclusive Gaharu Wellness, a new spa and fitness centre designed to help guests recharge.
The weekend kicked off on 20 September with a 5K run and Zumba session, setting the tone for an energetic escape from daily routines. On Saturday, the official launch of Gaharu Wellness took place, where attendees toured the new facilities and joined a wellness workshop, learning how to make herbal remedies used in the spa’s treatments. Astrologer and wellness expert Bernadette Bijou hosted a talk on “The Art of Self Appreciation”, combining astrology and self-care to guide participants in finding balance and harmony.
Sunday saw the event wrap up with restorative activities, including meditation with a singing bowl, Vinyasa yoga, and chakra-cleansing sessions. Guests left feeling refreshed after a weekend dedicated to mind, body, and soul.
