From 22 to 23 July 2023, guests were treated to a gastronomic symphony of flavours through a meticulously curated seven-course menu.

Li Feng, an esteemed name in Cantonese cuisine, has enchanted patrons since 2016 with its timeless blend of tradition and modernity. The event marked a culinary zenith, spotlighting Chef Fei’s talents and Li Feng’s dedication to excellence.

The seven-course menu, an embodiment of Cantonese finesse, featured a breathtaking centerpiece: poached Canadian geoduck. Chef Fei’s artistry elevated this premium ingredient into a masterpiece, redefining culinary boundaries.
