The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali welcomes Italian Chef Davide Allievi to its fabulous culinary team to helm the resort’s family Italian restaurant, Prego. Born and raised in Italy, while working in Beijing, China, Chef Davide took on the challenge of executive chef at a unique concept restaurant called Mojo, which brought him to the attention of Grand Hyatt Shenyang, where he accepted the position of chef de cuisine for Il Forno Italian Restaurant. Before arriving in Bali, Chef Davide was chef de cuisine at the Michelin Plate winning Limoni Italian Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou, China.
Bringing passion, energy and innovation, Chef Davide will revitalize the menu at Prego, including the acclaimed Sunday Brunch Infinito. The ultimate family day out, the brunch brings together fabulous food, family-friendly entertainment, supervised outdoor play and pool access at any of the resort’s swimming pools, and kids under six eat for free.
