Dine Again at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta

The legendary hotel has reopened its famed dining outlets for eager diners who can’t wait to savour the signature dishes.

Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta has reopened the doors to its dining destinations, once again inviting guests to experience the award-winning cuisine and legendary service. The Mandarin Cake Shop and the hotel’s Cinnamon restaurant were the first to open early in June, with Cinnamon serving from 6am to 9pm daily without a buffet service; a breakfast set menu is being provided for in-house guests. Mid-June saw the exquisitely authentic Cantonese dining outlet Li Feng reopen.

To gain the confidence and trust of guests, the hotel has incorporated an additional We Care programme, comprising strict protocols to ensure the comfort, health and safety of guests and employees. In addition, the hotel remains alert and is monitoring the situation and direction from the World Health Organization and other relevant health and government authorities so it can adapt to procedures accordingly.

The standardised protocols have been implemented throughout the hotel, including on the F&B front where all staff wear face masks and gloves, while guests have the option to order from the à la carte menu using a digital QR code, cutlery is wrapped and delivered to guests directly, and the seating capacity has been decreased and rearranged.
