AYANA Resort and Spa BALI elevated the wine dinner to the next level on 26th May by showcasing three of the resort’s stunning venues in one exceptional culinary journey aptly named C’est Magnifique, An Elegant Dinner Beneath The Stars. The delightful evening started on the magical sunset hour, where guests were welcomed by a Champagne reception and delectable light bites at H20, just by the picture-perfect River Pool.
As the vibe started to warm up, guests were escorted to AYANA’s captivating Asmara Gazebo – an expansive cliff-top lawn boasting a vast view of the Indian Ocean – to savour an opulent five-course dinner paired with the finest wines from Lavau winery. The ambience was unrivalled with romantic flickering candlelight and the sparkling starry skies above, while the food was simply superb with exquisite dishes like foie gras and mango, egg and caviar, European blue lobster and grilled kiwami beef. The wines included Lavau Côtes du Rhônes Rouge 2014, Chateau Maucoil – Châteaneuf-du-Pape 2013 and Lavau Gigondas 2010, among others.
As the evening came to a close, guests were treated to a wonderful conclusion at Rock Bar BALI, where they enjoyed AYANA’s award-winning cocktails with a dramatic natural backdrop.
