Furthermore, the hotel also adds experimental activities for guests, including museum and art gallery visits, Menteng Historical Walk, and Jalan Surabaya short tour. Add-on benefits comprise in-room check-in and turn down service, while club benefits include complimentary all-day coffee and tea, as well as complimentary wine, beer, cocktails and special F&B club menu between 6pm to 8pm.
Last but not least, The Hermitage Jakarta now provides the Guardian Service for guests’ comforts. The personal assistant service encompasses the guests’ in-house activities and all hospitality needs from the pre-arrival period, during the stay, and to post-departure phase.
