Despite its name, which evokes images of Mediterranean allure, stepping inside the bar feels like entering a charmingly rustic American pub, where the warmth of wood and familiar decor instantly envelops you in a cosy embrace.
This dining establishment is one of my all-time favourites. It serves a plate of savoury pappardelle pasta served with steak. Their brunch menu includes antipasti like the Foie E Frutti Di Bosco, a smooth and flavourful bite of foie gras and toasted brioche on a tart berry coulis.
Another thing that makes Emilia’s Bar stand out is its specialty cocktails. For example, Paddlepop is a bright and refreshing drink made with lemongrass tequila, passion fruit, and a homemade ice cream stick for a bubblegum touch.
