The DJ Trunk was designed for travel and includes the remarkable Phantom wireless speaker, turntable and vinyl recordings, mixer, computer and headphones. Handcrafted in Louis Vuitton’s historic workshops in Asnières near Paris, the DJ Trunk puts French know-how and LV style in the spotlight, and is adorned in Monogram Eclipse canvas with ruthenium metal accessories on the outside and dark grey microfiber on the inside. Made up of a folding beech-wood table, covered in black cowhide, the DJ Trunk also contains a custom-made bag in Monogram Eclipse to store about 20 vinyls, as well as a box to accommodate a turntable.
Designed for music lovers and contemporary composers alike, the DJ Trunk is a reinterpretation of famous conductor Leopold Stokowski’s writing-desk trunk, a special LV order used by Stokowski to transport his equipment.
