Nestled in the heart of Ubud, the retreat offered a carefully curated series of activities aimed at fostering inner balance and meaningful connections. The day commenced with Energising Morning Flow, a revitalising Vinyasa session led by renowned instructor Ardani Hardy, setting the tone for self-discovery and renewal. Participants were also gifted a Serenity Aromalixir Roller by Kiloalta, inducing an atmosphere of relaxation and mindfulness.
Bringing the art of personal style to the forefront, Bloom in Colour: A Floral & Personal Colour Experience guided guests in discovering the shades and floral arrangements that best enhance their confidence. This interactive session, presented by Colour by Utie and Nona Floral, highlighted the transformative power of colour and natural beauty.
A deep dive into self-awareness was followed by Unlock Your True Energy: A Human Design Workshop, led by Gacanti Swastika. This enlightening session provided valuable insights into personal energy alignment and holistic well-being.
