With over 25 years of experience in the global hospitality industry, Marco brings a wealth of expertise in luxury hotel operations, innovative food and beverage concepts, and a deep commitment to wellness-driven hospitality.
Hailing from Italy’s renowned Falerno wine region, Marco developed a passion for culinary excellence early on. His career was shaped under the mentorship of Michelin-starred chefs such as Giorgio Locatelli, Alain Ducasse and Gordon Ramsay, refining his expertise in fine dining and restaurant management. His travels have taken him to Italy, Australia, the Middle East and Asia, where he was instrumental in the establishment and operation of upscale hotel dining establishments such as the Hassler Hotel Rome, St. Regis Abu Dhabi, Conrad Seoul and Conrad Manila.
Before joining The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, Marco served as the Director of Operations at Conrad Manila, where his leadership contributed to the hotel’s most successful years since its opening in 2016. Known for seamlessly integrating wellness, gastronomy and exceptional hospitality, Marco has made a lasting impact in every role he has undertaken. Now, at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, he is set to elevate guest experiences and introduce fresh, innovative approaches that align with the resort’s commitment to wellbeing.
