Inspired by the Nana area in which it is located and its traditional multicultural marketplace, Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit opens its new restaurant, Market Café, representing a melting pot of Thai and Western design and culture. The restaurant serves traditional Thai cuisine made in a simple authentic style with bold spices and vibrant flavours, crafted by chefs who are well-versed in local tastes. The head chef, Italian-born Frederik Farina, has lived in Thailand for over a decade and is very familiar with the food scene in the city.
The all-day dining spot opens with an international breakfast buffet featuring local and regional Thai dishes, as well as Japanese, Chinese, Indian and Western breakfast favourites. Inspired by the hotel’s neighbourhood, the live cooking stations are designed to give a marketplace vibe. Later in the day, popular Thai dishes such as noodles, Khao Niew Moo Ping (grilled pork with sticky rice) and northern Thai sausage, among many others, are served directly from the live stations. VIP guests have the chance to dine at the restaurant on 5th until 7th September 2020 and savor the flavors of the cuisine.
Market Café is open daily from 6am-10.30pm for hotel guests and walk-in diners.
