Since the restaurant opened its doors in November 2019, Si Jin has won many discerning diners’ hearts with its exceptional meat selections and culinary techniques. On 10 March, the restaurant commemorated its grand opening by inviting selected guests to a distinguished dining experience. The Meat Eater Paradise Night kicked off with the signature cocktail, accompanied by abundant pass-around canapés that showcased Si Jin’s exquisite flair. Afterwards, the guests got to enjoy an array of superior meat curated by Chef Owner Joel Lim himself.
