The St. Regis Bali Resort is delighted to welcome Michelin starred Chef Yoshiaki Ito in an evening of unprecedented gastronomic excellence at Kayuputi restaurant on 23 and 24 August. Indulge in a truly exceptional and rare encounter featuring either a four-course or six-course degustation menu of contemporary French cuisine curated by Chef Yoshiaki, who is also the man behind Michelin-starred restaurant L’Archeste in Paris. Chef Yoshiaki has been cooking for more than 30 years, beginning with Restaurant Hiramatsu in Japan, and has been helping open restaurants worldwide, including L’Arnsbourg in Alsace and Paul Bocuse in Lyon.
After serving as head chef at Hiramatsu for ten years, he opened the long-awaited L’Archeste, which was honoured with one Michelin star just five months later. Witness Chef Yoshiaki’s culinary visions and enjoy his astounding dishes at the beachfront Kayuputi restaurant.
