This Valentine’s Day week, Raffles Jakarta proudly presents Chef Paul Welsh of London’s City Social restaurant fame. From 12th to 14th February, Paul will present a Michelin-level dining experience at Raffles Jakarta’s Arts Cafe by Raffles and provide you an evening to remember.
Paul started his career under the respected Anton Edelmann at the Savoy Hotel before moving to The Savoy Grill with Marcus Wareing at the helm. During his tenure, Paul helped the restaurant achieve Michelin star recognition. Paul also honed his skills further with impressive stints at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and more. Now, as the head chef of City Social, Paul has led the restaurant to winning Best New Restaurant in the BMW Square Meal Awards 2014, three AA Rosettes Awards in 2016/2017 and a Michelin star in 2014, which he has retained four consecutive times.
At Raffles Jakarta’s Arts Café, Paul will meticulously create a delicious five-course set menu that includes wine pairing – resulting in a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience you don’t want to miss.
