Montigo Resorts, Seminyak was proud to present Bali’s gourmands with the specially created cuisine of Executive Chef Ali Bin Harun at a private dinner recently. Chef Ali’s global experience, including alongside Michelin-starred Austrian Johann Lafer, results in food inspired by and rooted in culture, taste, flavour and the freshest produce. His food alchemy resulted in delights such as Hiyashi somen on ice, hand-dived sea scallops, a divine beef fillet with foie gras and the TIIGO martini, as well as innovative patisserie and desserts.
