New Director of Food & Beverage Joins Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach

With over a decade of experience in Food and Beverage management, Jonathan Byrne is bringing his expertise to the beachside hotel.

Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach has announced the appointment of Jonathan Byrne as its new Director of Food and Beverage. A Marriott International family member since 2016, he joined The Westin Dubai & Le Meridien, Mina Seyahi, starting as a Food & Beverage Operations Manager.

In 2021, Jonathan ultimately assumed the position of Operations Manager Beverage & Food at Marriott International, W Dubai – The Palm, where he stayed there before finally joining Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach on summer of this year.

Under Jonathan’s expertise, the hotel’s eight outlets will undergo a rebranding process – especially for its commercial activities. He will assume responsibility for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the restaurants, while ensuring close communication with the marketing departments to coordinate promotional activities and events.
